We firmly believe in transparency about our funeral costings and one of Ian’s favourite sayings is:
‘If you don’t understand anything, please question us’
Our philosophy is to give each family time and support to make informed decisions and therefore a great percentage of our funerals are arranged within the family’s homes. We believe that at such a difficult time, families need to be facilitated in the best possible way and sitting in the comfort of their own homes can provide a more positive experience for them. This does not mean that everyone would prefer this. Some may prefer to keep this sad process at the funeral office. However, we have a flexible approach to each and every need.
We like to think that our families see us as a friendly face in a time of need. We do not follow a corporate approach but a homely presence for families to turn to.
